As health care workers and policymakers, we each take an oath to protect and care for the welfare of those we serve. Despite fear and uncertainty in the face of confronting and containing a novel worldwide pandemic, we have continued to honor our oath. As a lawmaker, will you commit to honoring your oath of serving the best interests of those who elected you? Specifically, we ask that you immediately:

1. Mandate that those in our community that participated in the attempted coup on January 6 immediately quarantine and follow potential Covid-19 exposure protocols.
   
   
2. Fully support the work of the law enforcement agencies seeking to identify those present to hold them accountable and to protect the health and safety of the public.
   
   
3. Publicly affirm that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are rightfully the next President and Vice-President of the United States.
